[CS6] Dj Akiyama and the CrossBlade

This is Dj's new outfit and Weapon. I'm thinking of Dj controlling Green Flames and Lighting lol

Goggles are back from the previous look back in 2011 For the sprite version of his new look, I'm thinking of making adjustments for make the sprite simple and easy to handle.
